NAMI Reflection 2 days ago · Reflection Walk In memory of those we have lost due to mental illness, or in honor of those living with mental illness, you are invited to place a lantern onto Lake Schaible at the Burrell Behavioral Health campus. Apr 22,  · Also this isn't exactly Jaya arc, but in my current opening (Opening 5) Nami raises her hand to point Chopper to take the helm of the Merry, but when Chopper sees her raising her hand, he literally flinches and screams. I'm not sure if thats reflective of a healthy relationship, if I'm being honest. 2 days ago · NAMI Virginia looks forward to this day and is fully prepared to restore a full in-person option for all of our programs. While NAMI Virginia was getting our feet under us in switching programs from all in-person to all virtual, the coronavirus caused the state budget to go topsy turvy and the Commonwealth of Virginia began restructuring.

NAMI Reflection - thanks

And now, 10 months after we added our voice to demand justice for Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, and so many more, we are compelled to say the names of the latest victims—Adam Toledo, Anthony Alvarez, Anthony Thompson Jr. While the verdict brought resolution to the trial and is a rare instance of holding police accountable, the fight for racial and social justice is far from over. Black and Brown people are still targeted, arrested, and killed by police at disproportionately high rates. Police continue to terrorize and kill Black and Latinx people with near impunity. Even as protests and movements have led to some reforms, like the New York City Council eliminating qualified immunity for police in certain cases , it remains clear that more systemic change is needed. True justice will be served when these communities are safe and free from fear of police violence.

First and foremost, in all we do, is our fiduciary duties of care to our affiliates and Virginians affected by mental illness.

We are a resilient group and very familiar with adaptability and change and, once again, the interrelated elements of our organizational NAMI Reflection have provided us with the strength and resources needed to meet the COVID challenge. Part of meeting this challenge included restructuring the way we deliver programs, which prior to the pandemic, NAMI Reflection all delivered in-person.

After a great deal of research, meetings, policy revisions, and adjustments to programs, within a few short weeks of COVID shutdowns, Reflecrion Virginia launched our programs virtually using various platforms. The creativity displayed in serving our mission during COVID through online platforms, has had the added benefit of expanding our reach with NAMI Virginia programs now reaching individuals in the furthest corners of Virginia. Today, NAMI Virginia is also providing program hybrid delivery options and, before you know it, we will be adding full NAMI Reflection delivery back into the mix. While cautionary steps are always a good thing, stay-at-home orders will be lifted, Virginians will go back to work outside of their homes, NAMI Reflection people will once again be NAMI Reflection to intermingle.

NAMI Virginia looks forward to this day and is fully prepared to restore a full in-person option for all of our programs. While NAMI Virginia was getting Refelction feet under us in switching programs from all in-person to all virtual, the coronavirus caused the state budget to go topsy turvy and the Commonwealth of Virginia began restructuring funding to address the pandemic.

New mental NAMI Reflection funds that had been approved during the regular General Assembly session were sadly un-allotted. Although NAMI Virginia understood the Commonwealth's need to step back and review the budget to address unexpected expenses that cropped up as a result of the pandemic, mental health cases and concerns were on the rise.
