In the National Policy of Educationemphasis is made on the need for laying a solid or sound basis for scientific effective thinking. This can only be achieved by the use of ICT in teaching and learning process. ICT is paving the way for a new pedagogical approach where students are expected to play a more active role than before. The sample of the study constituted of one hundred and fifty Biology students. In collecting the data, the researcher employed questionnaire as instrument.

Simple percentage was used to analyze the data collected from respondents. Major findings revealed here the teachers use ICT facilities during their lessons in order to facilitate fast understanding of Biological concepts. Therefore, it was recommended that biology teachers should motivate the students by using ICT facilities and seminars and workshops should be organized for teachers and students to update their knowledge and skill in the development and use of ICT facilities in order to enhance teaching and learning process.
