Jen regularly represents employees in Click Tribunal claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing; preparing claims for a full Tribunal hearing and often settling claims on favourable terms for her clients. Jen also regularly advises employees on settlement agreements. This includes assisting her clients in the negotiation of more favourable terms of settlement and an increased compensation payment, to the satisfaction of her clients.
